All inquiries should be submitted via the contact us page or directly to anahellabridal@gmail.com. All inquiries are answered Monday-Friday; however, due to the high number of inquiries, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If your date is available, you can schedule your consultation/trial or continue to formally reserve Veronica for your special day. Dates are only reserved after receiving your signed contract and retainer fee. If we are unavailable for your special day we can provide you with a list of referrals upon request.

Your health is our #1 priority. In order to decrease the risk of exposure, we have limited the traffic within the studio, check temperature prior to appointment and disinfect after each client. Veronica wears a mask for the entirety of your visit and can provide you one upon request. 

Should you have to postpone your wedding due to the pandemic, we will do our best to accommodate your new date and as a courtesy transfer your current retainer to the postponed date (subject to availability and only valid for 1 postponed date).

We do not do soft holds, only a signed contract and paid retainer will reserve your date.

Veronica is the sol artist of Ana’Hella Bridal and does not work with a team.

You can schedule your trial at any time as long as you have the recommended extensions, hair jewelry recommended but not required.

Trials are held at the studio (located in Kenilworth, NJ) Wed-Friday, subject to availability. Late appointments are available upon request.

Recommended hair extensions (Bellami clip-in hair extensions, 280-340 grams).

We do not provide extensions but can guide you in the purchasing process.

We do not currently carry bridal headpieces.

Religious head draping (dupatta) is available for an additional fee.

Styling on wigs available upon request.

Wedding day touch-up service and second look is available upon request at an additional fee.

Weddings during the week are subject to the same rates as weekend weddings.

Should timing or location change after submitting your contract kindly email us so we can send you an updated contract to sign and return.

Services on the contract are final, services can be added but not removed.
